Pegasus Group is a real estate investment and management company, founded in 1988 and specializes in syndicating real estate investments. Through individual ownership structures and entities, we currently own and operate over 50 properties throughout the United States. Our current portfolio of properties includes mobile home parks, multi-tenant industrial and office buildings, marinas and self-storage. For the past 20 years we have primarily focused on investing and growing our self-storage portfolio and continue to work towards this goal. Over eighty percent of our real estate portfolio consists of self-storage facilities that are operated under the national brand name Central Self-Storage® and managed by Pegasus Group.
Effective management is the key to success in owning income-producing real estate. Pegasus Group has an excellent track record of increasing cash flow and value through its proven management systems. Our management services include: property operations supervision, preparing and implementing marketing strategies, improving tenant relations, preparing budgets, forecasts, property accounting reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and adding value to the property by maximizing income and minimizing expenses. Pegasus Group collects all rent and pays all bills for each of the properties. Computerized reports are generated showing income, expenses and budget variations. The property management division of Pegasus Group employs full-time accountants, real estate managers and a clerical staff to provide these services. Pegasus Group manages properties for outside clients and for our own investments on a national scale.
